Repeat Prescriptions

prescriptionspurpleIt would assist us greatly if you would ensure you request your medication before you run out.

If you have a repeat medication for the first time, you will notice that you have a right and a left hand side to your prescription.  You give the left hand side to the pharmacy who will then dispense the medication for you, the right hand side shows you which medications you are on.  Next to the medication you will notice a tick box, please tick the item (s) you require and hand it back to us approximately 3 - 4 (working ) days before you run out.  You can post this in the post box on the outside of the building if we are closed or in the box on the ground floor.

It usually takes the Prescription Administrator 48 hours to turnaround routine repeat prescriptions.

If you would prefer us to post your prescription back to you please provide a stamped self addressed envelope..

Telephone requests for repeat prescriptions are usually not accepted.

If you have an enquiry about your prescription please call  01606 544 641

If there are any exceptional circumstances, please speak to the Receptionist who will offer every possible help.
