telephoneIf you feel it would help to speak to a doctor or one of the nurses over the telephone regarding a problem please ask a Care Navigator.

It would help the doctor or nurse to respond appropriately if you could outline the nature of your problem to the Care Navigator.

Please ensure you give an up to date contact phone number to the Care Navigator.

The doctor or nurse will call you back as soon as necessary or in the next few days.

Alternatively they will suggest that an appointment is made.

We are also able to offer the Social Prescribing service at the Practice.
