Covid Vaccine Passport/Certificate PLEASE READ

We are unable to issue this certificate at the practice.

Proof of your vaccination status will be available on the NHSapp, (Which is also valuable for accessing your health records and ordering repeat prescriptions)

Alternatively you can call the NHS helpline on 119 (from 17 May) and ask for a letter to be posted to you. This must be at least 5 days after you’ve completed your course of the vaccine, the letter may to take up to 5 days to reach you.

Community Midwives

Your Midwife works with the Doctors to provide care for mothers before and after delivery and care for the baby in the first two weeks of life. The ante-natal clinic is held on Thursday and Friday from 1.00—3.00 pm.

Community Nurses

District Nurses are available to see you and help with the following:
Wound dressings, removal of sutures and injections.
Ear syringing.
Advice and care of the acute and chronically sick and terminally ill.
Incontinence advice.
